At Craftedcraftshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our aromatic candles. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused and unopened candles within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@craftedcraftshop.world with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. If you received a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Once we receive and inspect your returned candle, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We are happy to exchange your candle for a different scent or product. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange, and we will guide you through the process.
If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been used, burned, or removed from their original packaging. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
